The Nantesbuch Site
The 320-hectare Foundation site is the central research and development space of the Nantesbuch Living Laboratory. Here, we observe natural processes, test new approaches and address issues related to soil, bogs, bodies of water, biodiversity and sustainable land usage.
Together with partners from research, practice, art and culture, we develop research work, monitoring programs and experiments on the site – on grasslands, bog areas, bodies of water, forests and cultivated landscapes. The aim is to generate applicable knowledge that comes from the landscape and can be useful for society, politics and sustainable land usage.
