Soil Summit 2025

The second Forum Nantesbuch, held on 6–7 October 2025, was devoted to the subject of the microbiome.

It included scientific lectures, a culinary experience led by Sarah Wiener, practical courses in the field, an innovation marketplace, performances by the artistic duo honey&bunny, and gastronomic offerings from Sebastian Copien.
